I am Noah Benson, a twenty-year-old male college student, and this is my Com 210 blog where I’ll be posting different media and projects relating to this class. I was born in Olympia Washington and lived there with my parents and three younger brothers until I was six years old. Just before I hit first grade my family and I moved to the small town of Toutle, located on the outskirts of Mount Saint Helens. There I attended elementary and high school at the Toutle Lake school district where I got involved in extra curriculars like Hiking Club, ASB, Knowledge Bowl, and performing as my school’s mascot, the fighting duck. I wouldn’t leave Toutle until two years ago when I decided to attend school at Washington State University and now Pullman is where I call home. I am currently a Junior at WSU hoping to earn a degree in Communications with minors in history and English. After I graduate I plan to move out to Los Angeles or New York to pursue a career as a writer or producer for scripted television or movies. I have always had a passion for movies and content creation as well as exploring the different hiking trails and campsites around the Pacific Northwest.
